Erik Moya

Attorney

Erik was born and raised in McAllen, Texas, a small city on the very southern tip of Texas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, with a Certification in Business Foundations, from the University of Texas – Austin.

After graduating, Erik worked for a short time in the clinical pathology field. Finding medicine to not be his calling, Erik searched for a new field to work in. Remembering the constant immigration concerns that members of his hometown had to deal with (a 98% Hispanic population, right on the border of Mexico), Erik moved to Colorado to study law at the University of Colorado to develop the skills and tools needed to help marginalized people. While there, Erik was a member of the National Mock Trial Team, the Korey Wise Innocence Project, and the Civil Practice Clinic. His experience with the Mock Trial Team and the Civil Practice Clinic made him develop an interest and passion in litigation and strengthened his desire to work one-on-one with real people who need help the most.

Outside of his work as a Denver injury attorney, Erik loves to watch movies, eSports, play tennis, or go rock climbing. He is also (trying) to learn the piano.
