Brittany Freeman

Litigation Paralegal

Brittany enjoys assisting clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their personal injury cases.

Brittany was born in New Jersey and grew up in South Florida. She graduated from Florida State University, where she earned a degree in Political Science and a passion for civil and voting rights issues. After graduating, she began working at a prominent Personal Injury firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and quickly became an integral part of their trial teams. In addition to her paralegal role, Brittany gained experience facilitating in-house focus groups, mock trials, mock voir dire trainings, and helped develop and implement new systems for jury research.

Since 2020, Brittany has been a member of a national plaintiff’s attorney and paralegal organization that focuses on product liability, trucking, and other complex cases. She has spoken at conferences across the country, and regularly contributes to the paralegal section magazine, both as a writer and on the editing subcommittee. In 2025 she was selected as a Board member for the paralegal section, allowing her to be more closely involved in a community that fosters collaboration between plaintiff’s firms in order to best represent their clients.

Outside of work Brittany enjoys practicing yoga, soaking up the sun at the beach, and is on a journey to find the best tasting decaf coffee. Her sweet dog Kylo is basically her shadow, she always has a book within reach, and as a backpacker at heart, she is always planning new trips to take with her partner and their dog.

Proud to be part of the Dormer Harpring team, dedicated to helping clients through personal injury cases with care and commitment.
