After graduating from Elon University with degrees in Journalism and Statistics, Livi joined Dormer Harpring as a Receptionist and quickly grew into her current role as Office Manager. Her background in fact-checking, editorial work, data analysis, and team leadership gives her a unique mix of communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that she brings to the firm’s daily operations.

As Office Manager, Livi works behind the scenes to support the people, systems, and processes that keep Dormer Harpring running smoothly. She helps coordinate firmwide projects, improve internal workflows, strengthen reporting systems, and support the team so they can stay focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality representation to clients. She enjoys turning complex problems into clear processes and is always looking for ways to make the firm more efficient, organized, and collaborative.

Outside of work, Livi loves to cook, craft, garden, spend time in nature, and give her four cats the best life possible.
