DENVER, CO – A multi-vehicle crash in Douglas County claimed the life of one person and left three others seriously hurt on Sunday morning.
According to a report by KDVR, the crash occurred on CO-86 just east of Franktown at about 11:15 a.m.
Troopers say a sedan was turning out of a private drive when it was hit by an oncoming pickup truck hauling a trailer.
The sedan’s driver suffered fatal injuries in the crash. The passenger was hospitalized in serious condition.
Both occupants of the truck were also hospitalized with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
