Marilyn was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, where she spent her entire life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in law at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, where she had the opportunity to participate in the bilingual program throughout her studies. Her fluency in both English and French has been a key asset in her professional development.

With a passion for exploring the many facets of law, Marilyn has continuously sought to expand her practice beyond the Mexican legal system. Her professional experience is primarily rooted in criminal law, having worked for a law firm based in Florida, USA.

Marilyn has a deep love for sports, particularly basketball and soccer, having played basketball since junior high school. This passion for athletics has inspired her to pursue a Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialization in Sports Law. Her drive to combine her legal expertise with her love for sports reflects her commitment to setting and achieving new professional goals.
