Greg Bentley

Greg Bentley is a civil trial lawyer with substantial experience in complex civil and commercial litigation. He primarily focuses on helping clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries and represents clients in state and federal courts in Colorado and throughout the country. Greg has developed specific expertise in cases involving commercial trucking crashes and in helping clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries.

Each case is unique, and Greg enjoys mastering the specific facts and legal issues of each case. His experience extends across a broad variety of cases, including class actions, products liability, consumer protection, abuse in sports, real estate litigation, and business disputes. He was an important member of the trial teams for a number of bellwether trials in the birth defect and polypropylene mesh mass tort litigations. He has represented families regarding birth defect injuries caused by selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressants (SSRIs) and anticonvulsant medications. He has represented women and men injured by the implantation of polypropylene mesh, metal on metal hip implants, and inferior vena cava filter implants (IVC).

• Appointed class counsel and obtained 7-figure class-wide settlement for thousands of patients who underwent surgery during years-long sterilization breach at hospital
• Obtained favorable jury verdict in construction dispute involving claims for breach of contract, construction defect, violation of Colorado Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), and veil piercing
• Obtained favorable resolution of class action involving consumer protection claims against national hardware retail
