News: Suspect sought in Northeast Denver hit-and-run

NORTHEAST DENVER, CO – Denver police are currently looking for a suspect responsible for running over a pedestrian and then fleeing the scene around 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the collision happened in the area of North Peoria Street and East 38th Avenue. Officers believe the suspect was driving a gray-colored sedan. They do not have an update on the walker’s current physical condition.

The public is urged to contact the police should they have any more details about Wednesday’s wreck. Anyone who can provide information that leads to the suspect’s arrest could be entitled to a $2,000 reward.
