News: Scooter rider seriously hurt in Union Station crash

DENVER, CO – A scooter rider sustained serious injuries after getting hit by a vehicle in the Union Station area Tuesday morning, according to Denver police.

Officers first announced the crash at 11:44 a.m. and said it happened at the intersection of 18th & Welton Streets. After arriving, officers told the public to expect delays as crews worked to clear the scene.
