News: Police investigate collision on West 6th Ave. in Denver

DENVER, CO – Local police are investigating the details behind a collision on West 6th Avenue that killed at least one person last Friday, June 20. 

Jayson Luber, Denver 7’s leading traffic expert, first announced the crash at 6:43 a.m. He said that traffic delays could be seen in the area of I-25 and Sheridan Boulevard. During this time, drivers were asked to use Colfax Avenue or Almeda as an alternative route.

The contributing factors behind the crash and the victim’s identity have not been released.
