GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO – Police have arrested a 21-year-old woman in connection with an alleged DUI accident on I-25 that injured two people early Sunday morning, CBS News reports.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes of I-25 near Orchard Road around 2 a.m. on Sunday. Ava Maria Rozsits, 21, was allegedly driving the wrong way down the interstate and caused a three-car accident. Two people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Rozsits was identified and arrested on Monday. She faces charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, and driving a vehicle while her license was under restraint. Her court date is set for September 8.
