DENVER, CO – A pedestrian sustained serious wounds when they were struck by a driver who fled the scene in the North Capitol Hill area early Monday morning.
Police received a call before 12:45 a.m. to go to the East 19th Avenue and North Sherman Street intersection. First responders took the pedestrian to a hospital, where they are recovering.
