DENVER, CO – A pedestrian was left with serious injuries after they were run over by a car while crossing the intersection of West 13th Avenue and Mariposa Street Wednesday.
The crash took place at 3:30 p.m. in the Lincoln Park district, according to Denver Police. Upon arrival, crews closed at least one lane to accommodate the scene clearance process. Officers told commuters to be mindful of any delays and encouraged them to seek alternative routes or avoid the area if possible.
