News: Pedestrian hospitalized after crash with light rail train in Denver

DENVER, CO – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a crash involving a light rail train along Colorado Station in Denver on Thursday.

Denver police reported the crash at 4:45 p.m. and said the pedestrian was struck by the train on the 4300th block of East Colorado Center Drive.

EMS crews were dispatched to the scene and transported the pedestrian to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

While no lane closures were reported, authorities told the public to expect delays and seek alternative routes as crews worked to clean up the scene.
