LONE TREE, CO – Lone Tree Police and South Metro Fire Rescue had to shut down I-25 North near the exits to CO 470 and Lincoln Avenue due to a multi-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

KDVR said police and fire crews pulled up to the scene at 2:20 p.m. and by 2:45 p.m., closed the two northbound I-25 left lanes. By 3:24 p.m., officials reopened all lanes.

According to a photo, the crash appeared to have involved a red car, a gray car, and an unspecified vehicle, which was overturned. Two truck crews were at the scene at the time the photo was taken, and were in the process of removing the impacted vehicles.

At this time, officials have not disclosed how the crash unfolded or whether anyone was injured.
