DENVER, CO – A motorcyclist succumbed to fatal injuries at a hospital after he was struck by the driver of a white SUV who was alleged to have fled the scene Saturday.
CBS News said this deadly collision happened after midnight near the Speer Boulevard and Grove Street intersection in the West Highland neighborhood adjacent to Highland Park.
Police said the SUV sustained some front-end damage but have not provided a description of the suspect. In addition, they have yet to release the name of the suspect.
An investigation has begun.
