News: First responders called to vehicle accident on U.S. 36 in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD, CO – First responders were summoned to the scene of a vehicle accident that happened at westbound Highway 36 and Federal Boulevard Wednesday. 

Jayson Luber, Denver 7 Traffic’s leading traffic accident reporter, first announced the crash at 7:25 a.m. According to traffic camera footage, the collision initially blocked the left lane.

The crash appears to have involved two vehicles, both of which were in the process of getting towed from the scene. 

Authorities have not specified the exact cause of the crash or said if anyone was injured.
