DENVER, CO – Several firefighters responded to a serious collision that happened at the eastbound Highway 36 and I-25 connector on Friday.
Jayson Luber, Denver 7’s leading traffic expert, first announced the crash at 7:23 a.m. and said it was blocking several lanes. Two fire trucks and one ambulance were at the scene of the crash.
One fire truck closed off a center lane, and another the left shoulder. At least three firefighters were at the scene, and appeared to be coordinating efforts to close off the necessary lanes and render aid to the involved occupants.
As of this writing, local fire crews have not yet revealed how the collision unfolded or whether anyone was injured.
