News: Cyclist seriously hurt in crash along Cheesman Park in Denver

DENVER, CO – A bicyclist sustained serious injuries when they were struck by a vehicle outside Chessman Park Thursday, Denver Police said.

Officers arrived at the scene, the East 8th Avenue and North Williams Street intersection, before 12:30. Upon arrival, an ambulance transported the cyclist to a hospital, and police told drivers to expect delays as crews worked to clear the scene and for the investigation process.
