News: Authorities respond to collision on northbound I-25 near Wellington

LARIMER COUNTY, CO – A section of northbound Interstate 25 near Wellington was closed Friday morning following a crash, according to Jayson Luber, traffic reporter with Denver 7 Traffic.

The wreck occurred north of Exit 27B to the city, and was first reported at around 6:11 a.m.

Little information has been released at this time, but “very foggy” weather conditions were observed north of Fort Collins.

It was not immediately apparent how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone was seriously injured.
