News: 2 injured in 2-vehicle collision in Denver’s Virginia Village

DENVER, CO – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened in the Virginia Village neighborhood reported at 1 a.m. Friday. 

Denver police and EMS crews were called to the intersection of S Monaco St and E Evans Avenue. After arriving, ambulance personnel transported the two individuals to a hospital for treatment. 

At least one person sustained serious injuries. Officers did not specify whether the drivers or passengers were hospitalized. 

The exact cause of the crash is under investigation.
