DENVER, CO – At least one person was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash that happened in the Green Valley Ranch area Thursday night.
Denver police first reported the crash at 9:10 p.m. and said it took place in the area of East 38th Avenue and North Jericho Street. The hit-and-run suspect had allegedly fled the scene on foot prior to the police’s arrival.

At the time of the reporting, police told drivers in the area to anticipate delays as transportation crews worked to clear the scene and as police continued with their investigation.
Police have not yet confirmed what vehicle the suspect was operating nor released a description of their appearance.
