DENVER, CO – A pedestrian was left in serious condition after they were struck by a vehicle in the Barnum area Friday night, Denver Police said.

The pedestrian crash happened before 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of South Sheridan Boulevard & West Bayaud Avenue, just before the Lakewood city limits. EMS were also called to the scene and transported the pedestrian to a hospital.
After arriving, officials shut down Sheridan along West Cedar Avenue.
No citations or charges have been formally announced.
