DENVER, CO – One person died and another sustained minor injuries as a result of a hit-and-run collision along MSU Denver Saturday.

Denver police first announced the crash on X at 1:33 a.m. and said it took place at the North Speer Boulevard and I-25 North off ramp. Upon arrival, EMS crews took two people to a hospital, where one passed away. Officers shut down the area for the clean-up process and told drivers to seek alternative routes. All lanes reopened after 10 a.m.
