Maddy Ricciardi

Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Maddy earned her degree in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University, with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Her early experiences as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst intern and later as a Legal Assistant deepened her understanding of both the legal system and the people it serves.

After four years in legal support roles, Maddy transitioned into finance management, combining her analytical mindset with her commitment to integrity and collaboration. Before joining Dormer Harpring, she served as Finance Manager at a Colorado law firm, where she honed her expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.

Maddy brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work, always striving to create clarity and efficiency behind the scenes so the team can better serve clients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys skiing, yoga, hiking, and traveling to new places around the world.
